Limit 75 competitors per session! Sessions will be 3 hours long. Open/Advanced: Highest level competitors; the top 6 will advance to finals

Session #1 - Citizens & Open Round

10am - 1pm

Session #2 - Citizens Round

2pm - 5pm

Finals

ISO Opens: 5:15pm

ISO Closes: 6pm

Finals starts: 6:30pm

Spectators welcome and encouraged!

All visitors to the gym are required to have a waiver prior to entering.
